1. A relationship with Carving Craft begins with an invitation for a plant tour, and an introduction to the company and our services. |

For furniture designers and product development managers our master craftsman can add value to your exposed wood furniture collection using your premade samples or drawings. Our local designer partner can create patterns based on these drawing if necessary.

After the order is placed, our wood specialists will work with the customer to select the appropriate species for the particular project. Customers are always welcome to provide their own materials (COM).

Once the material arrives and is inspected for quality the order is put into production. Depending on the project, the material is then transported to our carving room or turning room where it is processed by experienced craftsmen.

5. The raw pieces are sent to the sanding room for polishing and sanding before being cleared for final quality control inspection and then properly packed and shipped to the customer. |

6. Carving Craft ensures that all orders exceed expectations by following up via telephone or e-mail to verify order quality, accuracy and inquire about other products and services that we might be able to provide in the future. |
