Our PeopleKeith Abernethy - Plant Manager Keith began his career at Carving Craft in September 2008 as plant manager. Since that time he has brought a new set skills to the company including over 23 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. Keith lives in Claremont, NC with his wife Chris and two daughters. Call Keith for an estimate on your next job. Alan Minton -Assistant Plant Manager Alan began his career here in 1987 as a member of the carving department. He was transferred and promoted to shipping supervisor. He later returned to the carving department where he was made assistant carving room supervisor. In 2007 he became the Carving Room Supervisor and now serves as assistant plant manager. He is married with 2 children and enjoys fishing, golfing and time with his family. Alan inspects the quality of each piece that Carving Craft makes. Jesse Q. Hartman - Machine Room & Frame Assembly Supervisor Jesse is the newest member of our management team. He joined Carving Craft in 2009 to head up the development of our frame department. Since that time,Jesse has taken on many other responsibilities within the company including machine room supervision. Jesse lives in Vale with his wife and children. Jesse ensures that all Carving Craft frames meet company structural integrity and quality standards.. J. Park Denning - Marketing Director As a recent graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School, Park brings a fresh new set of ideas and ambitions to Carving Craft. In his role as Marketing Director, Park is responsible for promoting the company locally and nationally and keeping his finger on the pulse of emerging trends in the industry. Through strategically targeted marketing campaigns, Park makes sure that potential customers know about the many benefits of doing business with Carving Craft. As the grandson of one of our founders, Park represents the 3rd generation of family members to be directly involved in the company. Park lives in Hickory and is a member of the Hickory Rotary Club. Park is the point of contact for all company news and press related inquiries. Bess Lane Fuller As the daughter-in-law of one of Carving Craft's founders, Bess represents the second generation of family members to be involved on a regular basis in the company. Bess brings over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and training to Carving Craft. She lives in Hickory, NC with her husband John and two sons. Bess is the resource for all company history and information. Carol Wall - Office Manager Carol joined our team in 1983 as Office Manager and continues to serve in that role. She manages all aspects of the office, personnel, bookkeeping, and customer service. She lives with her husband Don. They have a daughter and a son and three grandchildren. Carol likes to shop and be with her family. Carol can help you with any of your customer service needs. |
